Communications

Intellectual property

- Check: Client-provided business documents and materials remain subject to the applicable client agreement, approved document-exchange process, and service scope.
Service boundaries and no guarantees
- Check: Paid service scope should be controlled by the selected package, signed agreement, or written statement of work.
- Check: Gov Register does not control SAM.gov, SBA, GSA, Grants.gov, state or local portals, certifying bodies, agency buyers, prime contractors, grant funders, evaluation panels, or award decisions.
- Check: Gov Register does not guarantee contract awards, certification approvals, GSA Schedule awards, grant awards, agency purchasing decisions, eligibility findings, registration timing, buyer interest, or revenue.
- Check: GC Finder access, when included, supports workflow and does not guarantee opportunities, awards, approvals, or agency interest.
Payments, refunds, and chargebacks
- Check: All purchases, subscriptions, fees, and payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law or where a signed written agreement says otherwise.
- Check: Canceling a subscription or recurring service stops future renewals but does not refund amounts already paid.
- Check: Gov Register may suspend or cancel access to website features, services, software workflows, or client delivery in the event of a chargeback, failed payment, or payment dispute.
- Check: You agree to work directly with Gov Register to resolve billing concerns before filing a chargeback unless a chargeback is legally necessary.
Liability limitation
- Check: To the maximum extent allowed by law, Gov Register, Gov Contract Finder, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents are not responsible for incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, indirect, or punitive damages related to your use of the website, services, software-enabled workflows, or content.
- Check: This includes lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost opportunities, lost data, procurement outcomes, proposal outcomes, certification outcomes, registration delays, and agency or third-party decisions.
- Check: Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
- Check: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Gov Register, Gov Contract Finder, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the website or services, your violation of these Terms, your submitted information, or your infringement of third-party rights.

Termination

Governing law and changes
